In the List of Devices on the Real-time Management page, click the monitoring icon for the device you wish to monitor in real-time to access its detailed screen.
The device information section can be utilized by collapsing and expanding the section in the upper right corner.
Click the 'Last Data' button to view the latest information previously collected.
To view the most recent data collected, click the 'Last Data' button.
Click the 'Real-time Search' button to view the real-time data for the device.
If you click the 'Real-time Search' button, the screen will display the device's current data.
In the List of Devices on the Real-time Management page, click the remote diagnosis icon for the device you wish to remotely diagnose in real-time to access its detailed screen.
Click the 'Last Diagnosis Data' button to view the latest information previously collected.
To view the most recent remote diagnosis data collected, click the 'Last Diagnosis Data' button.
To perform real-time remote diagnosis, click the 'Real-time Remote Diagnosis' button.
A remote diagnosis precations pop-up appears. After reviewing the precautions, commence remote diagnosis.
Start remote diagnosis in real time. Depending on the device, real-time remote diagnosis may necessitate a waiting period, as the duration of the diagnosis varies. The estimated time required is displayed at the top, along with a progress bar.
When remote diagnosis is complete, the collected data are displayed on the screen.
In the List of Devices on the Real-time Management page, click the log collection icon for the device you wish to collect logs in real-time to access the detailed screen.
Click the 'Last Log Data' button on the page for collecting logs in real time.
When viewing the most recent log data, remote diagnosis data from the most recent previous diagnosis will be displayed.
In the List of Devices on the Real-time Management page, click the icon for the device whose management history you wish to view to access the detailed screen.
You can view the number of monitoring, remote diagnosis, and log collection records along with the device name in the upper left corner of the detailed screen.
To view the managed monitoring data, in the Device Management History List, click the list whose content is "Real-time Monitoring Enabled.β
To view the managed remote diagnosis data, in the Device Management History List, click the list whose content is "Real-time Remote Diagnosis Enabled.β
To view the managed log collection data, in the Device Management History List, click the list whose content is "Real-time Log Collection Enabled.β
