When you click on the history entry you want to modify, the 'A/S Information' popup will appear.

A/S Information Popup

In the 'A/S Content' at the bottom of the popup, enter or record the content you want to modify, and click the 'Modify History' button on the bottom right of the popup. The entered history content will then be updated.
