To add after-sales service history, click the 'Add After-Sales Service History' button on the right side of the screen.
*After-Sales Service History Management(ASMS)?
It is a service extension package for A/S management that records and allows the retrieval of the A/S history of the device. A popup for 'Adding A/S History' will appear.
On the popup screen, enter the information you want to add in the 'After-Sales Content' (After-Sales Content) field. Then, select the device for which you want to input the A/S content from the dropdown menu in the target device section. The device name and identification key value will be automatically applied below.
To complete the addition of after-sales service history, click the 'Register A/S History' button at the bottom of the popup.
*Using After-Sales Service History Management System
To use the After-Sales Service History Management System, go to Service Management - Service Settings - Extension Package List, change 'After-Sales Service History Management System' to 'Enable,' and click 'Save Service Information.'
