πŸ”– Add New Rule

1. When selecting all product models

If you wish to apply the rules to all devices of a particular product model, select [All Product Models] as the application target.

First, add a rule by clicking Add New Rule on the IoT Rule Management screen.

On the Add Rule Group pop-up window, enter a group name and select the targets to apply to. Select all product models, then select one product model and press the Confirm button.

Clicking the Confirm button displays the rule information details screen and adds the rule.

2. When selecting a particular device

If you want to apply a rule to a specific device, select [Specific Device] as the target to apply.

First, add a rule by clicking Add New Rule on the IoT Rule Management screen.

On the Add Rule Group pop-up window, enter a group name and select the targets to apply to. Select a specific device, then select one product model and press the Confirm button.

Caution: Only one rule is applied to one device.

For instance, if both the rules for all product models and the rules for a specific device are set, only the rules for the specific device are applied to this device.

Clicking the OK button displays the rule information details screen and adds the rule.

For more information, see the Add page.
